PRICING POLICY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

Tour Package Pricing

Our tour packages are determined by a number of factors:

  1. The season of travel whether High season or Low season. Tanzania High tourist season is June to September but there are also peaks around Christmas and New Year.
  2. The number of people in the group. Some costs of a package can be shared such as: price of transport in a vehicle; entry fees (special group rates may be available); expert guide rates (their fixed price will be shared amongst the group) etc.
  3. Choice or type of accommodation and level of comfort during the tour. Four to five star hotels/lodges are more expensive that guest houses, hostels and campsites. You will be given budget choices where possible.
  4. Choice of destination. Some well developed tourist areas have higher entry fees for visiting  the attractions. Areas that are still new and authentic may have no entry fees at all!
  5. Government taxes (Please note that an 18% value added tax (VAT) on tourist services comes into effect on 1st July 2016. Our prices will incur this additional corresponding VAT amount.)

We can tailor tours to meet your budget. Please let us know your exact requirements prior to confirmation.

Included in most packages: Meet and assist; All meals; Accommodation; Transport; Entry fees to attractions; and Guide fees.

Excluded from most packages: International flights; Driver/Guide tips; Personal items; and Optional extras.

 

Payment Methods

We are constrained by particular payment methods for some elements of our tours. These will be discussed at the time of booking.

Clients will meet the cost of wire transfer which varies from Bank to Bank. For our purposes, Kiroyera tours will include a bank charge of USD$40 to be indicated in the client invoice.
3. Credit/Bank cards

We accept major credit and bank cards.

On credit card payments our credit card secure payment Gateway charge is 5% of the total invoice amount. The Invoice to the client will include the credit card charge.
