Prices
Prices for our separate tours can be found under attractions. Example prices for a package tour can be found at itinerary. If you have a request a tailor made holiday itinerary please e-mail info@kiroyeratours.com and we will work out an itinerary and price for you. We can give discounts for bigger groups.

Accommodation facilities
Kiroyera tours will use hotels, lodges, camping sites and carefully selected homes to provide the experience of your requirement. All this will be good quality and will share concern for the comfort and happiness of our valued clients.

Booking and conditions of booking
Advance booking will go a long way to ensure you have a well-planned and enjoyable holiday perfectly tailored for you. We extend to you a very warm welcome. Our interaction with you will basically be courteous but informal, friendly and particularly aimed at providing a relaxed atmosphere.

Please do provide information on services that you may require such as care for children on the tour or if you are accompanied by disabled persons and the number of vegetarians if any.

We advice you to arrange yourtravel insurance yourself.

Kiroyera services for you can begin from any preferred arrival point whether Jomo Kenyatta International Air port ( Nairobi, Kenya), Dar es Salaam Air port (Tanzania), Entebbe (Kampala, Uganda), Kilimanjaro International Air port, Mwanza airport, Kigali (Ruanda) Air port, Bukoba airport, bus stop or harbor. This includes meeting, greeting and arranging all transfers and the tour.

(i) When booking you must pay a deposit which is accepted as a first installment of the total charge.

(ii) You pay the balance before the date of commencement of your tour. The balance must reach Kiroyera at least four (4) weeks in advance of your arrival. If you book within the balance due period you must pay the full price of your tour when you make the booking.

Please contact Kiroyera or your travel agent if you want to make any changes in your booking, We will do our best to satisfy your requirements provided you do this within 30 days before your arrival. If you require significant changes we will regard this as cancellation of your original booking and we will begin a new booking whereby cancellation charges may apply. If it happens that you are unable to come for your tour and you wish to transfer your booking to another person you can do so provided you inform us in advance preferably the information should reach Kiroyera at least two weeks in advance.

(iii) Canceling your booking yourself. Cancellation will be subjected to a charge of a percentage of the tour price as shown below:

(iv) If we fail to offer the tour plans agreed at the time you paid your full fee, we will if practicable advice you before your time of arrival. If this happens at very short notice such as after arrival and if a significant proportion of the services can not be provided, you will have a choice of accepting alternative arrangements or if appropriate, we will pay you compensation of an amount which is reasonable taking into account all the circumstances.

(v) Changes in the description of packages as presented in this brochure can and may occur. We like to point this one out. This may be due to weather, it may be due to changes brought about by suppliers or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances, etc. Our goal, however, is to do our best to give you the most enjoyable tour and make you our come back visitor.

(vi) Indemnity. While we will do all our best to protect you from any personal injury, it will be your own responsibility to provide cover for your own health.

(vii) In an unlikely event of disputes arising between Kiroyera and clients, both parties will seek amicable solutions failing which Tanzania legal services will be called in to assist.
