Happy World Tourism Day 2018!

United Nations World Tourism Day is celebrated every 27 September around the world. It gives us the opportunity to raise awareness of Tanzania’s tourism contribution to sustainable development, and to thank all of our past, current and future clients for letting us show them the wonderful wildlife, people, landscape and heritage our country has to offer.

This year’s World Tourism Day highlights how harnessing innovation and digital advances provides tourism with opportunities to improve inclusiveness, local community empowerment and efficient resource management. On this day we would also like to encourage both international visitors to our country and local travellers to embrace digital technology by sharing their Tanzanian travel experiences through social media, messenger and personal blogs. The more we share the unique delights of travelling through Tanzania, the more we will all grow as individuals and as a country.
